SynerComp International was founded by David Wang, a Chinese-American from Dallas, Texas, who has been working in China since 1994. David’s tenure in joint venture and foreign-owned manufacturing facilities and a foreign-owned software company has given him broad exposure to the China marketplace. He has held positions of customer support manager, sales, engineering manager, director of product and account management, and vice-general manager, and is well acquainted with the diverse needs of businesses.

Through SynerComp, David aims to leverage his managerial, engineering, linguistic and cultural experience to enable foreign companies to do business in China more effectively.

Prior to moving to China, David worked as an engineer in the US at Control Data, Seagate, Honeywell, and Alliant TechSystems. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
